Shipping Policy
Delivery is handled by LY-BO upon confirmation of your order. Delivery is provided by Colissimo or Lettre Suivie for France, with a tracking number and delivery against signature, within 2 to 3 working days. For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is provided by Colissimo with a tracking number and delivery against signature, within 4 to 7 days from the date of shipment of the order and depending on the destination. Additional costs that may apply in certain countries (customs fees, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
The customer can at any time exercise his right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of the order to request a refund. LY-BO creations are handmade, products deemed "imperfect" due to their artisanal nature (traces, slight imperfections, etc.) will not be taken back. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the return. It will be made to the account used when you ordered, by credit card with Stripe. Any product that has been damaged or that does not return in its original box or pouch will not be refunded.
Payment
The customer can purchase their jewelry by paying securely, by credit card, by Stripe.
LY-BO does not have access to the customer's banking or credit card information.
Returns / Repairs
Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected. Over time, traces of wear may appear on a piece of jewelry (scratches, oxidation, marks, etc.). These are not considered defects and will not be taken back. Similarly, if your jewel is dropped, it is possible that certain elements may deteriorate or break. Depending on the circumstances, repair is possible. Please feel free to send me an email with a few photos to discuss the matter. Repair charges may apply. A repair time will be indicated. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. LY-BO will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product.
Intellectual properties
All content available on the site, including the logo, texts and product photos is the property of the LY-BO.com online store and is protected by French copyright laws. It is prohibited to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify or exploit in any way the content for any purpose whatsoever, without requesting or mentioning the original source.
